Welcome to Geoff Myers Photography. Please don't mind the "cold" appearance of this site. I do much more than just black and white.

Geoff MyersPrepare to see all sorts of photography from super macro shots of tiny bugs on droplets of water to vast beautiful landscapes with brilliant colors. Sunrises, sunsets, stars, underwater, aerial, plants, and animals are just some of the subjects of my photographs.

Thanks to Flickr, I can now share all my photos online with the world. Currently, I have nearly 4000 photos available on demand.

Please keep in mind that these are not full 7 megapixel resolution! To make it faster to upload and faster to view, the resolutions of most photos have been reduced to 1600 by 1200 pixels.

This website is just being started, so please hold your horses before contacting me. At any time, you may visit my Flickr photos, sets, tags, archives, favorites, or profile.

I currently use a Canon PowerShot G6 7 megapixel digital camera for all my photography. Obviously, I'm still an amateur since I don't even have a digital SLR yet. However, since upgrading from my first digital camera, a 2 megapixel Fujifilm FinePix 2800 ZOOM, I've come to love the advanced custom/manual features of this fantastic "prosumer" camera.

Jellyfish @ Monterey Bay AquariumDowntown, Minneapolis @ NightRecently, I entered four photographs into the Iowa State Fair Photography Exhibition, and two were chosen for display. The first was a jellyfish at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California and the second was a nighttime photo taken while moving in a car in Downtown, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
